Public Speaking
What makes successful entrepreneurs tick? How do they get started? And what can we learn from them? As the Enterprise Editor of The Sunday Times Rachel Bridge is just the person to provide the answers. Over the past few years she has interviewed hundreds of successful entrepreneurs for her popular weekly column, "How I Made It" in the business section of Sunday Times, which has also inspired two books. In the process Rachel has gained a real insight into what goes on in the mind of the entrepreneur and has dozens of real life examples to share which reveal what early hurdles they faced when trying to make their dream come true and how they overcame them - and what factors were key to their success. She is also well qualified to talk about small businesses and the challenges they face trying to become larger businesses. Rachel Bridge graduated from Emmanuel College, University of Cambridge in 1989 with an MA (Hons) Economics degree and has been a business journalist ever since. She joined The Sunday Times in 2003.
